End User License Agreement (EULA) This is an agreement between you, the purchaser and licensee, and Limitype. By purchasing and installing or handling fonts, you accept the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms, you cannot download or request or use Fonts from Limitype.

You are granted one (1) license to use Fonts on a specified number of devices within your organization. You do not accept copyright ownership of the Fonts you purchase, but only license rights to use Font

- If you are a designer/studio/agency/consultant, the license must be owned by your client, you can buy it for your client or ask them to buy it.

- Personal License/Non Commercial/Demo Font cannot be used for commercial use

- Fonts licensed as 100% free can be used for any purpose, except for reselling the font as a font file or modifying it to create a new font.

- You are not allowed to give distribute the fonts that you have purchased to others outside the use of your organization

- Fonts may not be installed or used on servers that are accessible via the Internet and allow users to use the fonts, unless you have purchased a server license for your site. please note one server license (1) is only valid for one website

- Server license Allows users of your website/app to use fonts for commercial purposes, but cannot be registered as trademarks (your clients must purchase a license from us if they wish to use them for projects such as logos.) server license only sub-licensing standard licenses for your users/client

- You may not edit, modify, rename and convert into new fonts for sale/redistribution as downloadable files by others.

- If you do experience any difficulties with our fonts, we will look into the problem and hopefully send you a fixed version immediately. Unfortunately we can’t give you a refund. Any usage of the fonts are on your own risk. We do not guarantee that the font files work perfectly on every platform, operating system etc.

- By purchasing the font, you mean that you have read and agree to the usage limitations that we have listed on the license page

- By downloading our font, we consider that you agree to allow us to publish that you are one of our clients. We may also feature this information in our promotional materials across various media platforms.

- All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for other font files. Please place your order carefully. before buying you can try by downloading a personal license/demo

- If you use our fonts without permission or without the appropriate license, we reserve the right to impose a fine of 5–20 times the actual license price, depending on our decision. However, we are always open to negotiation

- Any breach of the terms and conditions of use of this license may terminate your license to use Fonts. If you fail to correct the breach within thirty (30) days, the agreement will be terminated. Upon termination of the agreement, within a reasonable time, you must destroy all copies of the Font, including your archival copies. However, if you have used our fonts for commercial purposes, we still reserve the right to impose a fine, even if you have deleted them.

This EULA and license agreement, and any dispute or breach thereof, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia.

*It is not allowed to be used for things that violate the law in each user's country such as violence, pornography, racism, disturbing religious norms or anything that can trigger problems, We are not responsible for the problems and misuse of our products. if you purchased a font for a project in violation, you are not allowed to use this font and you do not receive a refund .
